At this event, we will be focussing on enhanced food quality and are delighted to showcase a number of Innovate UK funded projects focussing on the post-farm gate food supply chain. We will also be welcoming leading specialists to discuss challenges and opportunities in the following areas: Improving food supply chain efficiency Food processing and manufacturing efficiency Sustainable protein production Optimising food composition Attendees will be able to engage and network with a variety of organisations across the food and drink community and exchange knowledge on technical approaches and innovations across a range of areas, from enhancing nutritional value and improving food safety to developing modern methods of food manufacturing and ingredient development. We would also like to take this opportunity to seek input from the Food Industry. This would be with a view to help shape the priorities for any future support should this become available.
