EPSRC CIM in Food Conference - 26th and 27th March 2018

 

Register and join us to celebrate our fourth year of food manufacturing research with our academic and industry community. This year the conference is taking place at The University of Nottingham

 

This is another great opportunity to find out more about all the ongoing activities at the Centre

Stay up-to-date with the latest research including upgrading materials and valorisation techniques, novel processing technologies and developments in distributed manufacture, and new approaches to sustainability and waste reduction.

Poster abstracts are now invited on the following topics:

- Food materials and structure

- Minimising waste and valorisation

- Sustainable food production

 

This free 2 -day event will bring together industry and academic experts to discuss challenges and showcase the latest innovations in the sector.
